Propulsion concept

3 PEM FC stacks à 40 kW produced by De Nora, the system integration is carried out Air Liquide DTA. The electric drive provides a maximum power of 2 x 75 kW (manufactored by Siemens AG)

Two 350 l hydrogen thermo insulated bottles (manufactured by Messer Griesheim) on the top of the bus, the daily hydrogen loss of the tanks is 4%, filling time is only few minutes

The bus will obtain driving licenses of D, DK, P

Operation

Goals

Project plan: regular public passenger service in Berlin for 9 months from June 2000, then in Copenhagen for one month and in Lisbon for two months
