Goal
The station was part of the CUTE-project and then of the HyFleet:CUTE project.It was used to refuel daily three DaimlerChrysler Citaro fuel cell buses that GVB run on the city streets as part of the public fleet.
Description
The Amsterdam station is located at a bus station in the north of the city owned by the local transport company, Gemeentelijk Vervoer Bedrijf (GVB). Hydrogen will be produced at the station by electrolysis (Hydrogenics) using water and ‘green’ electricity produced from renewable energy sources. Each refuelling will dispense approximately 40 kilogrammes of hydrogen in a process taking about 10 minutes. HySTAT-A 120 kg/day 60 Nm³/h
