Goal
The project also represents a first step towards using hydrogen from the chemical industry as a fuel for vehicles.
Description
Air Products designed and incorporated the safety systems to allow it to be used more broadly for hydrogen vehicles, 24 hours a day with self-service. It is a turn-key system with modular single parts of the model series 100. The hydrogen is a byproduct of the near by chemical industry. 13.05.2011: 2 H2-Hybrid buses are in operation now

Comments

The station completes a hydrogen highway from Munich via Stuttgart, Frankfurt to Amsterdam with around 900 km. The station is part of the project "Chemergy" of HyCologne. HyCologne belongs to the CHIC project phase 0 cities. The station is accepted by major car companies.
